The second annual ATKAPPS Exchange occurred at the University of Georgia this past weekend. The Atkinson lab visited the Capps lab at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA to experience a different campus and to get exposed to various research labs. We visited with members of the Capps lab, other Ecology faculty, and faculty based at the University of Georgia's River Basin Center. Saturday was spent exploring a nearby natural area, Panther Creek waterfall. This exchange allows for conversations and collaborations of research and catching up with old friends. Thank you to the Capps lab for hosting us! We are looking forward to hosting the Capps lab in Tuscaloosa next fall. Below there are a few photos from the hike!
