Workshop at Idaho State on Social Ecological Systems (SES) over Spring Break

3/22/2017

The objective of the workshop was to bring together researchers affiliated with each WaterSES site to advance project goals (http://pecswaterses.com/home). Carla was there to continue working with the site in Oklahoma on the Kiamichi River which is part of a major water conflict among Oklahoma, Texas, and Native American Nations. The workshop brought together researchers working across diverse sites (Spain, Idaho, South Africa) for a common goal of enhancing water sustainability for both people and nature. Hoping to continue the momentum and add an Alabama PECS site!
