Homecoming Outreach

Members of the Atkinson lab got out on the quad during homecoming on the University of Alabama campus this past weekend for public outreach. We were located at the College of Arts and Sciences tent promoting freshwater conservation and educating the public on the biology and benefits of freshwater mussels. The display included live mussels and a mussel identification game.
